PIEDRAS condominium is tucked away in a beautiful jungle setting, accessible only via an unpaved road so a car is necessary to navigate the road since the property is pretty much not or hard accessible by foot.
There is free parking right at the front .

We are an experienced property management Company based on AKUMAL ,managing several luxury properties along the Riviera maya since 2015 .

Before your arrival we will make sure everything is properly working , we deeply inspect every unit before a guest check in and follow cleaning protocols based on a standard checklist .

Please keep in mind that we DO NOT OFFER hotel services such as : personal greeting upon arrival , luggage carrying , luggage storage , personal 24 hours concierge services , daily cleaning services, etc

We manage an autonomous check-in process ; meaning that you will be provided with a code to obtain your key from a security lockbox located right on the door of the establishment .
